Description
The techniques in this book are simple but powerful: You'll learn the power of picking up the phone proactively to call customers and prospects when nothing is wrong, because almost nobody does this. You'll get approaches for offering customers additional products and services—and asking about what else they are buying elsewhere—because almost nobody does this either.
You'll also learn about the low-tech but incredibly effective singular impact of the hand-written note In short, 5-Minute Selling is about showing customers and prospects that we care about them more than our competition does with simple, repeated, lightning-fast, high-value, consistent communications.

A System to Efficiently Boost Sales
Audiobook Review:
This book is tailor-made for any person who does outside sales, whether as an employee or business owner. The author has created a simple system using some very specific sales techniques that should add to the bottom line of any salesperson or outside sales company. None of the ideas is truly unique if you’ve spent any time in sales, but putting them together into an organized system will make them more efficient. This really isn't for someone who is just getting started as an entrepreneur, as it assumes that you already have customers and a solid base of leads or prospects. I actually think this book could be beneficial for an outside sales manager who might want to teach these techniques to his or her crew. If you are in sales with an existing customer base, I recommend you check out this book.
