Piperlicious is Cute-licious! August 31, 2020
Very cute story. Well organized. The first page built the context that the rest of the story used to identify and build the critter characters. Loved the illustrations. Highly recommend."

This is such a cute story with all the right good vibes when it comes to telling a good story to kids!
This is the kind of picture book story that you would love reading with the kids and read it out aloud.
An animal friendly story which motivates children to be compassionate towards the animals and the elderly, the story talks about Piperlicious (I love this name though!) and her four pets. A squirrel. A dog. A rabbit. A white swan.
(I cannot even handle them in my mind. Can you handle all of these pets?)
I find the story to be nature relevant and teaches kids to be more outdoors and how the nature blesses us with all the beautiful amazing things.
I find the illustrations fun abd engaging.
However, I wish the sentences be divided into much shorter sentences and with proper paragraph separation.
Thank you NetGalley for the ARC.
Piperlicious loses her necklace, which was a birthday present. She enlists a few friends to help her find her necklace. I think this book is more for kindergarten on up. It seemed a little too long for a preschooler. A very cute story. Thank you to NetGalley and BooksGoSocial for the E-ARC. This is my own opinion.
Pierlicious and Londyn love their pets/critter friends. This is a cute story about friendship, betrayal, and how the good guys will always win!
Such an adorable book with a cute story. Piperlicious & Her Critter Friends is about friendships, an how friends are always there to help each other. The book is also about honesty — how honesty is always the best policy.
With colorful and charming illustrations, Piperlicious & Her Critter Friends will enchant the pre-K child while also instilling valuable life lessons. Four stars — I really like it.
I received a digital ARC from BooksGoSocial through NetGalley. The review herein is completely my own and contains my honest thoughts and opinions.
This book is a really nice story and the illustrations are very eye catching and colourful.
I think my four year old was a bit too young to enjoy this book as much as she would have done if she was a couple of years older - each page was slightly too long to keep her attention.
This is a lovely little children's book about a girl called Piperlicious who, along with her animal friends, goes on a mission to find a treasure that a fairy gave to Mimi. The treasure is a formula which helps plants to grow and Mimi needs it for her vegetable garden.
My daughter and I enjoyed the beautiful graphics in the book and the cute animals.
Many thanks to the author, publisher and netgalley for a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
Piperlicious & Her Critter Friends is a most delightful book!
This is cute and interesting enough to keep the adult reader happily rereading it to the little ones for hours.
With an enlightened story and bright colorful pictures my grandkids love this book the most of any we’ve read this year so far.
'Piperlicious & her critter friends' is a story about a young girl and her pets. They are worried about having enough food growing the garden because the magical growth formula has gone missing. Her bunny decides to go to the community garden to get food. In the vain of 'Peter Rabbit', there is a gardener who hates animals. This is an adventure of the bunny attempting to escape the garden and also a mystery of the missing formula. Its a fun book for kids, even if it is a little long. The illustrations were great.
Beautiful!! Will definitely be reading this again. Read it with my four year old and one year old, they both were engaged in the story, commenting on the art.
This is a cute children's story which teaches children about the importance of taking care of gardens and also helping friends out.
There are an odd collection of animals in this book, but this didn't stop my children from enjoying it and they found it fun. The animals are worried about food, it may run out and they need to find the magic formula to help it grow! The animals work together to find it but... the mean gardener isn't happy when his flowers are trampled on!
The illustrations are bright and colourful and complement the story well.
A lovely story.
If you know a child who loves animals, this is a book they will be delighted by. The story is well written, engaging and easy to follow. The illustrations are bright and delightful. This is a great choice for your child's bookshelf but will also be great for classrooms and libraries.
The publisher made a copy of this book available via Netgalley. This is my honest opinion.
