Description
Often, we downstairs tenants are left wondering: How many HIIT workout classes can a person take? They're hammering another frame into the wall—what is this, a museum? Who on earth blends a smoothie at this hour? Could they be running a secret nightclub from their bedroom? Finally, here is a laugh-out-loud book that feels your pain.
RELATABLE HUMOR THAT SPARKS A CONVERSATION: Noisy neighbors, unfortunately, are not a rare occurrence. While annoying in the moment, when used as a conversation piece, everyone loves discussing their anecdotal evidence of incredibly noisy neighbors. The laughs inspired by stories of midnight vacuuming and early morning at-home jump roping are always belly deep.
WELCOME TO ADULTING: Most people have run into noisy neighbors at some point or another. Whether you're currently living in an apartment or just signed for your first home, we've all been there, and the joke never gets old.
FUNNY GIFT AT A GREAT PRICE: This hilarious and affordably priced dip-in-dip-out book is a great gift for first apartment/housewarmings, dorm dwellers, graduates, or anyone who has ever experienced the joys of apartment life. Pair with earplugs to create a complete and comical set.
Perfect for:
- Millennials & Gen Z
- Apartment dwellers
- College students & graduates
- Housewarming or apartment welcome gift
- Fans of illustrated humor and comic books

Keep It Down Up There was very funny, a perfect gift for any apartment dweller. I loved how the scenarios of noisemaking got wackier as the book went on. Very entertaining!
Great cartoons about noisy neighbors upstairs. Very funny, very cute, laugh out loud, and sympathy to those who have to listen. The book covers just about every possible situation, and some impossible situations, and ends with a brilliant, subtle, and apt joke. Fun read, just the thing to QUIET the mind.
This is a fun, cheeky book that would work well as a gag gift. I liked how the examples kept escalating until they got ridiculous and absurd.
I really liked this book. Have you ever said, "what on earth is happening up there?" Luke McGarry has thought of everything and more. From the basic making a smoothie to chainsaws and elephants. His graphics are wonderful, full of color and detail yet simple enough for a child to enjoy. Each picture is packed with action words that attack your senses. Keep this book handy for times you need a lift or if you're frustrated and need a distraction to turn your mood around or even pass the time when your waiting for an appointment. This book would be a great gift for all ages. Enjoy.
Great illustrations. I enjoyed how the sounds escalated and anyone who’s experienced apartment living can relate!
A pretty quick "read". If you like the cover, you'll likely like the book. I think that everyone will have their favorite pages, mine were 58, 59 and 61.
I can see this as a gift for someone who just moved into a new apartment.

I enjoyed this very quick read and it made me laugh out loud multiple times because we’ve all experienced most if not all of the cartoons in this book. The guy djing for his multiple cats was one of ,g faves in this though sadly didn’t experience that in real life like the others.
