Only 56 pages in this part 1 of the novella series, so not too much reading to commit to For adults, but can be read by teens and new adult.

This is my first story by this author and I really enjoyed the twists and storyline. The characters are really interesting as are the nuances in her depiction of shifters. Mooncallers, is by far very detailed and a super quick read. I read it on a little over an hour but man it caught my attention and made me want more. I was excited by the authors choice of inspiration before I love Derek Hale so I couldn’t wait to read this. I love werewolves, physics and magic so this grabbed hold and I flew through it. The way she describes the charters, the turf war, and his facial expressions are awesome. I can’t wait to read the rest of her books in this novella series. - Rebekah

This is a short novella for a novella series. It was a fun quick read and I enjoyed it. Characters are well developed and very likable. I look forward to more in the series. Thanks to #NetGalley for the ARC.

Mooncallers Part 1 by Miriam Khan

This is a PNR werewolf romance novella story. And It's book 1 of a novella series.
The story follows Ava, who has moved to a small town to escape her abusive ex. While she works in her grandparents' small hardwear store, she meets Kane, a werewolf.
From first sight, they are drawn together, and their futures are entwined.
The story was really nice, and I enjoyed a lot of the drama/suspense. Characters were also very likeable.
Also, as this was part 1, it ended on a cliffhanger, which was to be expected. After I finished the book, I bought the second book in the series, which I also enjoyed.
Overall, it was a fun, easy, and quick read and would recommend it.
