Description
The funny and adorable New York Times bestselling kids graphic novel series starring happy-go-lucky, waffle-loving Narwhal and his somewhat cynical sidekick, Jelly.
In this hilarious 9th book, Narwhal's sweet tooth leads to some very funny feelings. Includes bonus fun facts!
Dive into four new stories so sweet they'll make your teeth tingle! Everyone knows that Narwhal is a big fan of sugary treats — but Jelly is shocked when Narwhal's tusk-tooth isn't looking so pearly white anymore and is feeling a little funny. It turns out, Narwhal has been using it as a "snack saver"!
Thankfully, no one knows more about dental hygiene than Shark — she has seven rows of teeth, after all! Meanwhile, Jelly and Crab try to show Narwhal that it's fine to frown if you're feeling down. Can Narwhal's friends convince the happiest creature in the ocean that it's okay to have a bad day?

Another hit in the Narwhal and Jelly realm! My students are absolutely obsessed with this series and I know they'll love book number 9! Cute illustrations and a fun story to follow. Thank you, NetGalley, for the ARC!
Narwhal and Shelly books are a favorite in my house and library, and Ben Clanton’s newest edition is no exception. Laugh-out-loud funny, as well as educational, this is the perfect book for young readers. Books like this can teach children (and remind adults) just how much FUN reading can be!
In my house we are big Narwhal and Jelly fans.
The biggest message to take away from this story is to brush your teeth or too many sweets might make them fall out. Who knew donuts would make your tusk/tooth fall out. :-D
I read this with my daughter and she was laughing at some of the antics Narwhal and Jelly get up to. They know how to tell a story and keep you engaged.
