"This easy to read new health book takes a sensitive, practical, and straightforward approach to the total person. The book offers helpful strategies, tips, and prevention tools. It combines physical, psychological, and spiritual with an integrated perspective. It is a must-read for everyone of every generation."—Dr. Fran Walfish, Beverly Hills psychotherapist and author, The Self-Aware Parent.
Ever wonder why some people appear much younger than their years? Age to Perfection reveals the science and secrets of staying young and living longer.—Marie Pasinski, M. D., Harvard neurologist and author of Beautiful Brain, Beautiful You
Aging is the gift of longevity. Becoming old is the burden of unwellness. This brilliantly written book makes it excruciatingly clear that growing whole is what prevents us from growing old, and then takes us by the hand into the world of wellness.—Debra Jay, author of No More Letting Go: The Spirituality of Taking Action Against Alcoholism and Drug Addiction
Age to Perfection supports the premise that ‘you may be losing the race with time, but at least you can be healthy and look good on the track.' The changes the authors recommend contributed to my knowledge base and provided simple proactive advice on how to achieve a more vibrant, healthy and active life. It is a timely message especially for baby boomer's who are coming face to face with Father Time.—Ralph E Carson, RD, PhD author of The Brain Fix: What's the Matter with Your Gray Matter
As a practitioner and educator of holistic healing and lifestyles, I think Gaman, Gaman, and Anderson have really hit the nail on the head. They put the power of health and happiness back in the hands of the people it belongs to . . . you and me. And point out what so many forget-- that good health is not only a decision, but a RESPONSIBILITY. Amen.—Jennifer Galardi, Health and Fitness Expert
