A serial killer is stalking young women in and around Jackson, Alabama. The news has yet to reach Abigail Fairchild. Abigail's journey through college and law school has been a battle, but with her family's unwavering support, she’s ready to take the bar exam. The realization of her goal is tantalizingly close. Greg, her new husband, disappeared in the tumult of the Vietnam War, his MIA designation always with her.
