I'm so happy to have found Collins' book. It is a helpful resource for self-love and much more. I especially liked the exercises and tips at the end of each chapter. I found them to be beneficial and a great way to recap what was written in each section. Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC.

I would recommend this to anyone at the beginning of their personal growth/ spiritual/ wellness/ healing journey. This book is an easy, accessible read. The author points the reader in the direction of other authors, teachers, and thought leaders. This gives a useful point of reference if you want to dive deeper into a concept or practice. She invites the reader to slow down and tune in, creating a heart-centered space for growth and connection to love. If you are farther along on your journey I would say pass on this book, but might be a nice gift for someone just starting out on their path. It includes meditation practices that are nurturing and supportive - perfect for beginners.
