The sundering is complete with an action-packed tale of the final battles between the forces of dark and the forces of light. Few characters are what they seem, and the blood flows freely as humans, elves, shadovar, mages and gods seek to gain the power to control the split worlds. Descriptions are detailed, the battles are gory, and the magic is powerful. As in all the books of the sundering series, it takes some reading to become fully engrossed. When that happens, you cannot put the book down. I recommend this as on of the best in the series.
