Clay Play by Terry Taylor is a creative approach to shaping clay that your kids will love. I think the worst thing that can happen is that your kid brings home a project that requires them to use clay, and you not knowing how to make the shapes look anything like the actual object. (This has happened to me.) Now your can get ideas and figure out how to make wonderful objects your kid will love to watch you make. Or better yet, this book helps them make their own projects, kids actually doing the work instead of their parents, I know I like a book with hints, and your kids will too.
I received a free copy of this book in return for my honest opinion.

This is a dream resource book! As a homeschooling parent and mother of two creative kids, I give it my highest stamp of approval. Clay Play is everything I was looking for and more. I want a hard copy ASAP. Wow!
I would adore a Clay Play 2, 3, and 4.

This is a good book and playing with clay for kids. It goes over modeling, and has 25 projects for kids to practice on. Overall no complaints, but there are similar books on the market.
