As the primary publicity person for my small staff, I had high hopes for some new ideas and approaches in this book. However, from the outset I found the central concepts to be focused on the kind of invasive marketing that I personally do not appreciate. While the book did not offer ideas that I could use in my own sphere, I have no doubt that some of these tactics will soon be commonplace. For those with broader and more commercial marketing concerns, this is a good read.
