I am voluntarily reviewing Engima of Fire through the publisher and Netgalley:
With Pentecost fast approaching Berdie Elliot's husband the Vicar for the Aidan Kirkwood village prepares for the Weekend Long Regatta Boat Race, but when a van explodes Berdie is drug right into it.
This book has something for everyone, heroic dogs, mistaken identity and lots of action and adventure.
I give Engima of fire five out of five stars.
Happy Reading.
Enigma of Fire is a novel like some other ;) like Agatha Christie - I would read her all the time and boy does this book resonate. Berdie is the Vicar's wife and an interesting one at that - you see she is one fantastic crime solver. At Passover time a car explosion sends Berdie whirling - so that is her queue to get involved in finding out what all is involved in the explosion - you see it also could involve her husbands friends - so who did it - she did the right thing to start off with - she let GOD lead - AMEN - you know that's right -- you can't go wrong when that happens - this is abounding in danger, faith, deceit, extraneous information, and courage. Berdie is just as good as Miss Marple - maybe even better.................
