Enjoyed this book. Good tips on healthy lifestyle! Looking forward to reading more by this author

After my initial lifestyle change to encompass healthy/clean eating and strength-training, I've come to realize that, for me, moderation is the key. I had strictly followed 'diet' rules which worked really well, but after years, you kinda get tired. I had a weekly cheat day, and it was nice to read Cheat Day Rules. The most impactful for me was when 'to realize I'm bored' which can happen often :) I think this serves as a great beginner's guide as well as a great reminder for those who have a healthy lifestyle.
