Bloating: ugh. About the most common complaint they get from patients, according to gastroenterologists. But Tamara Duker Freuman, a highly trained and sought-after nutritionist, knows something many doctors don’t: every unhappy belly is unhappy in its own way. That’s why Tamara’s clients call her “The Bloated Belly Whisperer,” and for good reason—for many years she’s successfully helped her clients accurately describe their symptoms, and find a course of treatment that delivers rapid and lasting relief.
In The Bloated Belly Whisperer, Tamara guides readers through the same steps she would use in a consultation, first with a quiz to help them hone in on their specific symptoms, and then by discussing the latest research and patient stories to offer dozens of solutions that will reduce abdominal bloating in a week or less by:
· Helping identify the specific cause of bloating
· Equipping readers with the right terminology and questions to take to their next doctor’s visit
· Teaching the most effective dietary remedies for each particular brand of bloating
· Laying out the tools and healthy practices to end abdominal distress and bloating once and for all

This books take us on an in-depth review of the cause of bloated bellies and how to combat it's symptoms. I found it really interesting learning about the remedies and hope that it will help readers and myself. I would recommend this book for anyone dealing with a bloated stomach and is interested in learning how to deal with it.
Thank you NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
WOW!!! This book is absolutely amazing. As I read the pages I realized exactly how much my eating habits were effecting my stomach. I learned ways to be creative with different items and what was best for certain problematic issues. I had a drs appt and so I ram ad this before I went. I shared a few things with my dr and she wants to buy a copy when it is available. I found questions that were imperative to find the answers to because I have diabetes. While this book does not address that illness, it will help with Bette food items and helping you to change the way you eat. I feel so much better. With diabetes, my stomach will cramp when I do not eat for more than 4 or 5 hrs. This book has ideas for food that is not heavy yet you still get the nutrients you need. This book is a must for anyone who takes their health seriously or those who want to just eat better so that you do not feel bloated.
Thank you to the author and publisher for giving me the opportunity to read this book in exchange for my honest review.
