Clear, concise, and easy , these recipes don't disappoint if you're doing keto or thinking about it. Pictures were a nice touch, they looked yummy and I'm eager to try them. Authors story was sprinkled thruout, so you got a good idea about her back story. Well worth a read of you want to go the keto route.

Thanks to author, publisher and Netgalley for the chance to read this book. While I got the book for free,it had no bearing on the rating I gave it.

I loved this book. The best advice was stick to what works for you! LOVED that the author did not go all crazy and say YOU MUST follow these recipes. NO! She was open and honest and said, hey if you like something try to make it more Keto Friendly, here is what I have found.
The book is neatly organized, has a TON of pics of food, and is easy to understand. Plus the best part, the author does not have you buy EXPENSIVE ingredients that you would only use once. These ingredients can be found in just about EVERY grocery store.
The dessert section was by far my favorite! Loved all of the recipes...most I had never heard of and can't wait to try!
BRAVO! A GREAT COOKBOOK!

Some good recipes and ideas, but the most refreshing thing is that the author is quite relaxed about doing what works for you. She does not try to push you into the method 100% and advises making the recipes and lifestyle work for you. Some good pictures and a nice relaxed book.

This is a great addition to any cookbook collection! I don't personally follow the keto diet anymore, but I love to swap out stuff to make it healthier whenever I can. This has some great recipes! The pictures are really nice! The author gives great info about the keto diet that would be good for someone new to the lifestyle. I will definitely use this cookbook many times!

I received this ARC from NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for my honest review.

Really enjoyed this title. My keto has gone from really strict to a more relaxed state and this book really helped clarify some stuff for me. I've knocked out several of the recipes since I downloaded this title. Loved the fettucini noodles! Silky chicken with mushrooms was another favorite. LOVED the churros! I'd been hungry for them. Great book and can't wait to add a hard copy to my library and kitchen

I read the whole book in one sitting. I've been toying with the idea of keto but the restrictions were a huge turn off. I love the recipes in the book. I love the fact that the author is allowing lots of veggies, Splenda, and all kinds of substitutions. I made Keto crack slaw today and it was amazing. Lots of recipes that i see myself incorporating into my diet, especially everything with cauliflower.

I love this cookbook not just because I'm a self proclaimed lazy keto dieter but because it's an honest real life story from someone I can proclaim as a diet champion. That is not to say I will use every recipe or it's perfect. What I'm saying is it's open honest, refreshing and filled with solid ideas on how not too keto yourself into an anxiety attack and still successfully lose weight.

If your a die hard keto person you wont like this book so just skip it. If you want to keto for life but keep it simple real and do-able you may be in heaven with it.

I like the honest approach no judgment bend the rules approach and I've found plenty of recipes to use and/or modify to my taste.

This book is fun whitty and has tons of recipes I enjoy. Also the author is very responsive to questions and as stated in the book sent me a printable shopping list. I'm actually pretty impressed by that. I received this book for an honest review and I say if your a flexible keto dieter you should give it a try.

I have read several keto books and some are strict and some have too many ingredients. This is my kind of keto book. Easy and simple. I’m still new to the keto diet and I am nervous about change. This book makes it so easy for me to understand and the recipes are fantastic. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who is starting keto.

I was given an ARC from Netgalley in return for an honest review

Do not judge a book by its cover! The graphic design of Dirty, Lazy, Keto reminds me of those freebies you can get that are just a churning of the same 100 recipes with a single ingredient change but what you'll find beneath the cover is anything but run-of-the-mill. The heartfelt, honest, and sophisticated approach that Stephanie Laska writes within mirrors my own experience with keto. She writes what she knows in the best way possible - the result is a logical and HEALTHY introduction to the ketogenic lifestyle. And most of all, she's concise about it. The book is worth purchasing just for chapter 1 - forget the recipes!

But we should really talk about the recipes. I'll forgive her for using coconut flour in dishes that aren't meant to taste like coconut (my biggest pet peeve) because she offers a true variety. You'll find oatmeal and baked ziti amongst the usual jalapeno poppers and cheesecake. The names of the recipes are creative and fun. It's a delightful, comprehensive selection of keto on a budget.

Overall, the bones of this cookbook are stellar. It just needs a fancier package for my taste. Slap on a sophisticated cover and add tons more beautiful photos and I'll be gifting this book to friends come holiday time like nobody's business.

Looking to live the keto lifestyle? This cookbook will help you get there. Notice, I didn't call it a diet. It's a lifestyle. It's about changing how you view food and this cookbook helps pave the way to eating nutritious yet delicious food. You get to learn about the keto lifestyle and why it works, and this lesson in science and nutrition isn't boring at all! I've only been able to make one recipe so far - the copycat Starbucks egg bites - but it was so easy to follow and was delicious! I had been looking for a good recipe dupe for a while and this was it! I look forward to trying out more recipes when I have the chance.

This cookbook comes out on January 7, 2020... put it on your to buy list!

Amazing recipes for anyone on the Keto diet. The author lets you know you don't have to stick strict to the recipe but things are interchangeable in it The recipes are delicious and the authors story is inspirational. Keto works!

If you've ever read a Keto cookbook, you know a lot of times the recipes are overly complicated, and let's face it, don't sound very appealing. This book is different. First of all, Stephanie is very down to earth--if you've read her Dirty, Lazy, Keto book, you know she is not into fuss. This is a great cookbook for people who want simple, tasty recipes that your family would probably enjoy, too. I'm not "keto" per se but always looking to cut down on carbs and this cookbook is a great way to start!

Thank you NetGalley for an advanced copy of The Dirty Lazy Keto Cookbook!

Now this is my kind of cookbook! I haven’t made any of the recipes yet but I’ve bookmarked quite a few that sound really good. I’m a very picky eater and most recipes consist of ingredients I like. The recipes themselves also look pretty simple. There’s nothing worse than finding a picture of something that makes your mouth water, then flipping to the 70-step recipe, am I right?? Definitely a keeper for me!

I love that someone wrote a Dirty/Lazy keto cookbook! This is really great for beginners who are trying to understand keto. The cookbook has great pictures and is organized in a great way. The recipes are clear and easy to understand. I love the macros in the book too! Thanks for giving me access to this book!

Thank you netgalley for an early copy in exchange for an honest review.

I have been following the Keto style diet for a while and am always looking for new recipes and ideas to make the lifestyle as enjoyable as possible. Stepahnie Laska's is a simpler and more relaxed approach to the stick diet. She is not about counting every morsel and has adapted the diet strategy to her real life and has successfully lost 140lbs. The cookbook has a nice mix of meal options, includes yummy pictures and tips to making each dish more enjoyable. I have tried a couple of the options and am looking forward to adding more to my repertoire. This is a great cookbook for Keto dabblers and beginners or just health conscious people looking to expand their healthy meal options.

I'm so glad I decided to give this one a try because this is now my favorite cookbook! Stephanie's story is such an inspiration, but the best part is her funny, quirky, and realistic attitude towards dieting, eating, and so on. We are by no means avid Keto dieters, however, I love digging through Keto recipes to make because my husband is Diabetic. Whenever I can find low carb recipes that are filling and yummy, I get so excited. When he doesn't know they are low carb - even better!

The layout of this book is simple and logical with recipes divided into breakfast, snacks, salads/soups, and so on. Budget-friendly shoppers will appreciate the simple ingredients that won't cost a fortune, in addition to the fact that things can be substituted here and there using a little common sense and creativity. Honestly, there are hot dogs on the approved list. This is something that's on sale all of the time, filling, and you can do anything from boiling them to grilling them and they are tasty. I'm not a fan of radishes so I will be skipping all of the recipes including radishes, but the point is, there is a little bit of something for everyone in this book!

I just downloaded this the other day and have already made the Starbucks Egg Bites (which were amazing), the Hangover Bacon-Wrapped Pickles (also amazing), and the Drunken Pot Roast (which was very tasty, but my hubby was missing carrots and potatoes, nevertheless). The next recipe I am trying is the McDonald's Cheeseburger soup and I can't wait!

I highly recommend this one for people that are wanting to be carb conscious eaters without having to completely change their lives. This is simple, realistic, and doable.

The DIRTY, LAZY, KETO Cookbook by Stephanie and William Laska was a gem to dive into. I found the author's style to be fun, open and similar to chatting with a friend about real life nutrition. She talks about the path she took and invites readers to explore and find a path that works for them. She is a relief to read in the day of Keto Police reprimanding each and every thing that doesn't fall into strict keto guidelines. Lets face it, there are many people who have lost incredible amounts of weight by altering keto to fit their lifestyle. A judgement and guilt free zone is what we are all looking for to investigate what works AND what doesn't for our chemistry.

The beginning of this book is super helpful on the basics of a keto way of eating, useful for both the beginner and the knowledgeable. There are pages of grocery lists included complete with net carb counts. The selection of recopies is amazing. The author also states that if you don't like one, skip over it. Don't like an ingredient? Swap it out with another and make it your own. She doesn't require ingredients that are hard to find or out of most household budgets (i.e.: Dolla Store Pumpkin Soup). The recipes range from the simple (Olive Garden Salad) to the gourmet (Basil Coconut Curry Shrimp).

I have read many Keto cookbooks and this one is by far the most useful for me. I will be revisiting it time and time again. Many thanks to Netgalley and Adams Media for the opportunity to read this advanced copy in exchange for an honest review. Of note, I have never given another keto cookbook a 5 star rating!

I know a few people who have found success with different varieties of Keto and am happy to see more resources and cookbooks become available regarding them.

I love this book!

Everything you need to do Dirty, Lazy Keto is here without having to read paragraph after paragraph to justify it. Laska isn't trying to convince you this can work. Laska is saying this has worked for her and here are tools and information she used to succeed.

The DIRTY, LAZY, KETO Cookbook includes 100 recipes, each that include less than 10 net carbs per serving. The variety of entrees and snacks are made with food found in regular grocery or big box stores. There are no crazy ingredients involved, just the way to incorporate them.

If you love cheese and vegetables (which I do), this is the cookbook for you. the dishes are rich and delicious AND will keep you in ketosis. and I love the way the Laskas are so honest about their successes and failures and don't try to be all high brow and fancy. But my favorite thing is how they take all those dishes you miss on a keto diet and come up with a reasonable facsimile that is keto friendly.

My doctor told me I need to go low carb and high protein for my epilepsy. Keto was originally designed as a treatment for epilepsy and my neurologist recommended a low carb, high protein, moderate keto lifestyle to see if that combined with medication would help my seizures in both frequency and severity. I've been researching and downloading every book available to find recipes that would fit my family's tastes and I've found a lot of recipes, but I've always been afraid of the cravings and the strict rules. Then I discovered Lazy Keto. As long as it fits in my macros I can eat it. I can have chocolate. I can have most vegetables (most strict keto diets have a long list of vegetables that you can't eat. I love my veggies.) I can have breadsticks and pizza!
Stephanie Laska credits her 140 pound weight loss to lazy keto because of the same reasons. Strict keto is too restricting and daunting for some people. The macros, the ketosis strips, the standing in the aisle monitoring every ingredient. The expense. And because most foods require making from spice mixes on, what if you aren't big on cooking or don't have time to make a recipe that takes an hour and a half or more plus prep every night?
Lazy keto has given me hope that I can be successful, and Stephanie's "if I can, you can" point of view and her tips for "shortcuts" alleviate some of my fears about giving up halfway through the year.
I will admit, the titles of the recipes were cheesy, and I'm not sure I'll ever believe radishes can be a substitute for potatoes in hash browns. But, there were many recipes for real food that my family will eat happily. It was 50 recipes for fat bombs and a few main dishes that involve 20 ingredients and a half a day. This will be a cookbook that will be kept closely on hand during meal planning days.

I have started this book as the busiest time in my year Christmas so I have not had the chance or the time to try many of the recipes or to even try and stick to this form of eating. But it is the plan for this year to start my Keto journey and I feel that this book may just be my Food Bible.

I love the Authors style in writing and set out of the book, she gives you the information without making you feel pressured to do it the right way. It's like reading with a friend having a chat over coffee about helpful hints. More photos would have been better as I am a visual person and tend to see something and thing Yum yum I want to make that or try that one.

The recipes are split into:
- Breakfast
- Soups and Salads
- Snacks
- Bread, pasta and pizza
- Sides
- Main dishes
- Drinks and Desserts

Like myself, I believe this book would be great for all new Keto dieters as it seems to cut all the crap out and makes you feel you can stick to the way of eating. Seems like the recipes are well fitted for families and the cost of items is what a family can afford.

I am looking forward to implementing this into my new year and hoping for some results. Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this ARC copy of this book to which I have written my honest and voluntary review.

I found this book made it really easy to understand Keto unlike all of the reading I had been doing online. The information is clear, concise, and easy to imagine that it would be doable. Much easier to connect to with the author's story throughout. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet but there are many that I'm anxious to try like Hangover bacon wrapped pickles, Starbuck's egg bites, McDonald's cheeseburger soup and broccoli cheese soup. Worth reading if you're thinking about going the keto route.

This was a great honest look at Keto and if it works for you to stick with it. I'm all about bending the rules and keto is no exception. This takes that into account while not making you feel bad for cheating a little.

I really liked the author's relaxed approach to the keto diet. In many other cookbooks, I'm left with no alternatives if I'm not able or willing to eat their exact recipe, but that's not an issue with this book. Additionally, the author seems very relatable, and I enjoyed her personal story throughout the book.

As a beginner following the KETO diet, I need a cookbook that doesn't just drop me in the deep end so I can transition easily from eating a lot of starch and sugar to eating none. I found the recipes in this cookbook to be easy to follow and using ingredients that are familiar to me. And they were tasty too!
Thank you NetGalley and Adams Media for an ARC of this cookbook in exchange for my honest review!

Always a delight to find a cookbook where you want to try all the recipes. Now that I cook more often, it is great that this is an everyday sort of cookbook with easy to source ingredients. The carb count seems reasonable, which is very important for me as someone on low carb for therapeutic reasons.

Not all the recipes feature a photograph of the final product which is OK with me. The photographs that are available are colorful and beautiful.

All in all, a cookbook to be used often!
