Description
Grazing is a term used to describe the consumption of tiny, frequent meals throughout the day, usually every three to four hours. This term, however, does not refer to eating snack foods constantly, but rather, consuming your daily calories and all your necessary nutrients over five or six small meals- instead of two or three large ones.
By grazing, you are able to avoid two negative feelings, which are feeling famished or starving, and feeling stuffed or uncomfortably full.
The food can be anything you like, as long as it is healthy. After eating, you should feel satisfied and before you graze again, you want to feel, without regret. Grazers don’t have to wait to be desperately hungry to eat, like typical dieters.

This book is full of speedy, small scale recipes perfect for grazing throughout the day, just as the title would suggest. I haven't tried them all yet, but the ones I've made were both tasty and satisfying, and even my finicky husband said that we should eat them again. In addition to 41 breakfast, 34 lunch, and 27 dinner ideas, a lot of which are vegetarian options, there are also 13 snack and dessert recipes too. I'm so glad to have found this book and am looking forward to working my through the whole collection.

Many creative recipes in a mug, even a fried rice, potato soup using broth and potato flakes.
Would have made it more engaging to have pictures.
There's a meal plan too.
Graze is an interesting compilation of healthy, delicious sounding recipes that most can eat. Unfortunately, I have very strict diet restrictions and although I had hoped I would be able to try many of the recipes, I wasn't able to. I did enjoy scanning the recipes and looking at the photos...just wish I could eat them!
I hate the feeling of being too full, even after what is a reasonably-sized meal. This cookbook solves that!
