My air fryer makes my life easier and Sam Dillard made a cookbook to help keep me on track on my keto lifestyle.
I need all the help I can get with my air fryer because it kind of intimidates me. I love that this is a Keto recipe book, I would never have thought that some of these delicious goodies were Keto friendly. Great book concept considering the rise and popularity of both air fryers and Keto,
I enjoyed this book. I have been thinking about buying an air fryer for quite sometime and this book talked me into it! I thought the recipes were unusual and very creative, with simple, easy to follow directions. I prefer recipes that are not complicated with ingredients that would be easy to find.
I have also considered trying the Keto diet and I wasn't quite sure how to cook-Keto style. This book gave me many ideas and options to try. I thought the combination of Keto with an Air Fryer was an excellent combination.

This is a great comprehensive cookbook. Excellent keto recipes, detailed explanations, lots of choices from meats to veggies, Love it!
Recently started using my newly purchased air fryer and I figured I could use all the ideas I can find. What I especially like about this book is the large amount of easy to read, easy to follow Keto recipes. Love the pictures too, makes me want to try even more of the recipes. Valuable resource! it was amazing
This was fabulous! All the recipes were amazing! I love to eat keto friendly and we purchased an air fryer to see what the hype was about. This recipe book has it all... from dinner rolls to a ton of varieties of chicken wings.
What did I like? The beginning there may be a tiny bit about the air fryer but as cookbook goes this one is packed with fun and healthy recipes. We started out with chicken strips dipped in almond flour and we tried onion rings but had a hard time with the crushed pork skins coating the onion rings. We will try again. We have just started on our keto journey but this recipe books looks like it will be easy to maintain it.
Would I recommend or buy? Yes, the format we got through the kindle purchase didn’t really please us. At less than twenty dollars though, it looks like a steal compared to some other cookbooks. This author also has a instant pot book we are going to buy that has already been published. Looks like a great collection.
Thoughts for the author? Kudos on a great cookbook! Congratulations on your new release! I’m invested in eating better and this was an amazing find.
I have been doing the low-carb diet for almost two year with much success. I also just purchased an air fryer about a month ago & have been slowly incorporating it as my go-to utensil for meals. I was excited to see this cookbook and equally excited after trying a couple of the recipes . The recipes were easy to follow and I love that the Net Carbs were already calculated in the nutrition count. Also I loved that the ingredients in the recipes were something that most of us who practice low-carb have in our cabinets. I'm anxious to try more of the recipes in this book and share the results with family and friends.
I received an advance copy of this book from the publisher and NetGalley. My honest opinion of this book is that it is a great tool for anyone on a low-carb diet and who would like to incorporate the use of air frying into their lifestyle.
I've never though how many different recipes I could make using my AirFryer! This book has lots of easy and quick Keto recipes and I'm in love with it! Definitely trying some of them this week. It shows that Keto doesn't have to be boring. Can't wait to try these recipes. There are recipes for breakfast, sides, main dishes (chicken, beef, pork, seafood) and desserts! Yum!

Love it! I appreciate how simple the recipes are. I don’t have the time or energy to get a lot of complicated ingredients. So this is refreshing.
We don't eat Keto but my relatives do and honestly it had been hard to cook for them. They have an air-fryer and I cannot wait to add this book to their repertoire. The recipes are easy to make, tasty, and the timing works in our air-fryer. The pickle brined fried chicken was so good. I had never thought about breading using pork rinds. I learned a lot in this actually. There are a LOT of recipes. With being stuck at home, a lot of the time I didn't want to cook, but this made it easy to throw something together that was tasty. I'm sure if you eat Keto all the time, this would be a great book to have on hand for quick and easy dinners. Even if you don't eat keto there are a lot of delicious recipes and you never know when you are going to get the Keto curveball thrown at you. Being able to pull this out and whip something up with very little cleanup is a win in my book.
A wonderful collection of recipes that are simple to prepare and specific to using your Air Fryer. I bought an Air Fryer about a year ago and have loved it so far but have not liked that my old cookbooks are not made for its use. So I was relying on some online sources and a lot of trial and error. This book offers a lot of straight forward recipe ideas that can all be used in the Air Fryer. The added benefit is that they are also specific to a keto diet. The recipes choose ingredients that are generally easy to obtain in all the meal categories and are tasty as well. The added bonus is the recipes that are specifically "kid friendly". I appreciate this as many cookbooks are great for an adult palate but not necessarily approved by children.

I actually was quite surprised that the recipes I tried not only worked. They worked well. I’m always looking for something new to try. We are trying to be Keto but as with all things it can be challenging. This made our diet feel more normal and utilised a fryer we only ever did carbs in before we saw the light. It’s worth a look even if you like me only ever find one recipe that gets incorporated into your diet. I liked that we had most things already in our food cupboard and it wasn’t hard to do the actual recipes.

The recipes are very easy to make, no long complicated steps using specialty cooking items. Very easy to understand recipes with plenty of color photos included. Great cookbook for those just starting the keto lifestyle or just to add to the keto recipe collection. The cookbook includes recipes for breakfast, appetizers and sides, main dishes and desserts. You will find something for everyone to enjoy!

Great photography can really make a cookbook! The photos in the "I Love My Air Fryer" Keto Diet cookbook are very captivating. I'm most excited to try out the Keto breakfast ideas. Limiting the number of ingredients really helps with our grocery planning and prep time. This cookbook would make a great gift!
Very nice cookbook! The material is well written and presented in an easy to follow manner. I look forward to trying out several of these recipes.
I really enjoyed this one. I really haven't used my air fryer for much except heating up some frozen food, but found this is a great way to cook pork chops and may never cook pork chops any other way now. Cooking the vegetables in it was good too and a nice option to have. Those on the diet will find some new things to try as well. Definitely try meat in the air fryer!!!
I love my air fryer! Especially in the hot summer when I dont want to turn my oven on. Since my parents are on a low carb diet this gave me some great recipes to try when they come over. It has easy to fallow instructions with easy to find ingredients. This is a great book for anyone with an airfryer from advanced cook to a newby.
This is a very good cookbook for owners of air fryers who are on the keto diet. It includes many recipes from breakfast to dessert with only a few ingredients. I found the recipes affordable and easily prepared. A few of my favorites included: cheesy pepper eggs, pepperoni rolls,and southern catfish.
Each recipe includes nutrition facts; calories, protein, carbohydrates, net carbs and sodium are all included.
I would highly recommend this cookbook to family and friends!

Thank you NetGalley for this eARC. First I would like to say that the few images I could see made the recipes even more enticing. We made Bacon wrapped cabbage bites for the holiday weekend and they were divine. We have tried several other recipes and loved them. The fried ranch pickles were a favorite for the whole family. Thank you for making a cookbook for the rest of us who are trying to be healthy and teach our families about the relationship with food. Always a pleasure to have a cookbook with real food and delicious food.
My husband and son regularly follow a Keto diet and the ideas in this book have been very useful for evenings when we need to rustle up something quick without too much fuss. Using just 5 ingredients and an air fryer I can always find something in this book to make a quick meal.
Everything I have tried so far has been a great success. The dinner rolls in particular are fantastic, I use them often to make burgers which are always a big hit.

An excellent cookbook for those following keto and have an air fryer. The recipes are only 5 ingredients and super easy to follow for some tasty results. When I got the cookbook, I had just purchased an air fryer so this was a great introduction to it. Now I use it at least twice a week.
The book also includes a simple explanation of the ketogenic diet which is great for newcomers, beginners and advanced ketoers.
