A revolutionary approach to permanent weight loss using a plant-based diet. Prefaced by a few chapters of explanation, the book also includes several recipes. This is an excellent resource for people who are genuinely interested in a plant-based diet. Dietary restrictions in my household prevent me from following this lifestyle, but otherwise I would definitely pursue it. The recipes are generally easy to follow with ingredients found in most grocery stores. The explanatory chapters contain good guidelines applicable to anyone seeking lifestyle changes and more mindful eating. #TheChooseYouNowDiet #NetGalley

These are really good plant-based recipes and you can easily add meat to them if you want. I will definitely be making some of these recipes.
