I think this book is amazing for child or adult who is interested in Anime and would be a great gift as well. Lots of empty pages in the back to be able to use your skills and create your own Manga! Would highly reccomend to Anime lovers.
This looks like a great informative book an anime drawing. I was an art major in college and love trying out new styles via step by step books. This is very inspiring. I only wish iI could get the pdf to go to my kindle or iBooks to be able to utilize my new skills on the provided pages. Either by printing or with my apple pencil. I am more classically taught and have always struggled with realistic people- animals always worked out better for me. Both real and cartoon. I love how this breaks down the eyes and facial features as well as the hair which is always tricky for me. Looking forward to letting my daughter try this out as well as she is artistically inclined also.
This is cool, very informative instruction on how to make an anime sketchbook. Wish there was instruction on how to make the characters but other than that I liked it.
Very aesthetically pleasing and well laid-out book on how to draw in anime style. I really enjoyed it. While I know the title includes the word sketchbook, it felt like there could've been one more chapter on instruction and maybe slightly less blank manga panel pages at the end. Overall though, awesome and super fun to look at.
