I absolutely loved this book and found so much comfort in something so little. This is exactly what I needed to read today. I will be buying my own copy to flip through when its released on April 23rd. Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for an E-ARC.
A beautiful book of self compassion, empathy, affirmations, and therapy skills. A great reminder to be gentle with yourself in all seasons of life, wrapped up in colorful & meaningful artwork!
This book was amazing. I only just recently discovered Hayley Kaye's work via Instagram (I love when I find new-to-me creatives on Instagram). When I found out Hayley has a book that was being published, I knew I had to read it.
A Little Drop of Courage is full of little messages and words of encouragement. I love the 30 Days pieces in the book. The illustrations were colorful and perfect compliment to the messages in the book. This was a quick read, but a perfect pick-me-up.
As a therapist, I’m always looking for new resources to share with my patients and new books to buy for my office - this will be both of those things for me! I loved the illustrations, quotes, “30 days of..” challenges and all round positivity this book encompasses. Everyone needs happy reminders on hard days and this book has them in abundance.
