This book is so cute for children! It is clever and has parts that reminded me of Dr. Suess’ “Are You My Mother?”, but instead of simply answering yes or no, the animals helped the little cub along the way. It is a great book on how we view ourselves vs how others view us and what we can do to change perspectives. Not only is the story well written, but the illustrations are absolutely beautiful. I know my daughter will be excited to see the details on each page!
Thank you to @marblepress_books and @netgalley for the Arc in exchange for an honest review! I can’t wait to have this one in print to read to my toddler!
This book was such a cute story about a little wolf finding their voice and learning that it's ok to be yourself. It reminded me of the story of "Are You My Mother?" The illustrations were beautiful. This went through the season changes and how animals adapt to the weather. My 6 year old loved it. He was able to go in deeper connections and even talked about the salmon run for the animals. We can't wait until it's on shelves so we can buy our own copy!
