In a world where we are constantly being told what we can't eat, it is refreshing to find a book telling us what we should eat. The recipes in this book are easy to follow, very nutritious, and tastes great. I recommend this book for anyone wanting to serve more whole foods to their family.
A delightful array of recipes that are healthily food inspired and easy to prepare Wonderful nutritionally information, easy to follow instructions and a wide variety of recipes. Very useful and enjoyable book. I dove right in to prepare meals that are now part of my weekly cooking routine and very healthy. Thank you for the advance reading copy.
I own the author's first book (Greens 24/7) and was already a fan, but this one impressed me even more. It offers up original and easy recipes that incorporate a wide array of "superfoods" into your diet. I was looking for ways to use amaranth (a new-to-me food), and now I've finally got a few recipes to choose from! And brussels sprouts were already one of my favorites, but this book has tons of new and exciting ways to use them. Brussels sprouts latkes, anyone? Best of all, everything I've made so far has been super quick and easy to prepare, saving me time and energy... things I find myself lacking more and more this winter.
As an individual that prides myself on the ability to recommend a great book to my clients this has to be the number one on my favourites list.
