Description
What Natalie Gail began experiencing on a sunny day in the New Mexico desert is often described by mystics or saints — a profound heart piercing and searing heat of Divine ecstasy. The result was an ineffable bliss which left its indelible mark. Embracing this profound spiritual gift bestowed upon her, Natalie dedicated her life to the service of ending suffering, founded Enjoying the Bliss, and earned a master’s degree in counseling. Now, her work is to teach the great virtue found in fear.
Natalie Gail offers FearFlip™, her proprietary therapeutic process, revealed for the first time in her debut book FearFlip: Following Fear to Find Your Freedom.
Natalie’s experience resulted in a paradigm altering process for transmuting fear—the root of all stress, anxiety, emotional pain, suffering, phobias, and other unease—into love and lasting calm.
According to Natalie Gail, “FearFlip is about turning around metaphorically. It is about turning around our collective understanding of fear and turning inwardly to investigate your individual fears. It is about rediscovering the beauty and richness in fear. When we love fear as much as we love love we live fully under love’s direction.”

Featured Reviews
Fear Flip: Following Fear to Find Your Freedom by Natalie Gail is a book that shows us how to use fear to find ourselves. This book is broken up into four parts entitled: “The Unveiling”, “The Nature of Fear”, “Tools for Transformation”, and finally “Yielding”.
One of my favorite parts is that the author uses a symbol throughout the book to remind us to to be still for a moment and listen to our inner voice to hear the truth of what we have read.
We are shown how through facing our fears we are able to return to our true state of love. Paraphrased from the book, We are taught that “fear is just like a bee to a flower, the flower that the bee or fear is leading us to is freedom”. We are shown how to be “fear chasers” in order to order to be filled with love.
Fear flip is a very simple straight to the point process. It involves asking ourselves questions about our fears and transmuting them into love.
This is a great book and I am glad I stumbled across it. I recommend it to everyone as we all have fears we need to overcome, even if we are in denial of them.
I acknowledge that I received this book free of charge from NetGalley and that this is my honest and unbiased opinion of it.
