A secret more precious than rubies . . .
More than one secret fill Midnight Acquisition, an action-packed novel filled with unrequited romance, edge-of-your-seat suspense, generations of betrayal and cleverly written diversion tactics.
Author Jayne York showed the world her writing chops with her first novel, If Wishes Were Horses. She has not disappointed this reader—and those who appreciate her slick writing style—in this latest effort. What’s up next is our only question.
On a scale of 1-5, Midnight Acquisition deserves a 5.
Kat Henry Doran, Wild Women Reviews
Midnight Acquisition is a very well written suspense. Great plot and character development. Many twists and turns to keep the reader guessing.
A jewel thief and a jewelry appraiser?
Juliette came home to appraised her family historic gem necklace while Beckett went back to the last place he wanted to be because of work.
How can these two old flames work together harmoniously? One wanted to kept the necklace while the other one was doing it because he is at the end of the rope.
Very interesting plot with a nice background story. I like the ending. I really enjoy reading it.
Thank you The Wild Rose Press and Netgalley for the ARC!
