A wonderfully lyrical bedtime story! In a similar vein as “Goodnight Moon,” “Night Night, Ocean” is a short but extremely sweet children’s book that is perfect for any bedtime ritual. Introducing various ocean creatures, the author, Amy Parker takes children on an ocean adventure with a little manatee. As the manatee swims along the ocean it comes across sea horses, fish, sharks, turtles, and many others getting ready for bedtime. As the manatee swims by, it says good night to each creature it passes. The end of the book reminds us that God is the One who made everything and everybody! “Night Night, Ocean” is beautifully illustrated with vibrant colors and cute animals that will appeal to the littlest of children. Absolutely adorable!!! The illustrations are gorgeous and fun! The simple rhyming perfect to lull and calm down little minds getting read for bed and sure to get a giggle or two as well! Very lovely good night book!!

Night Night, Ocean is the perfect bedtime book for toddlers and preschoolers. The illustrations are colorful and adorable. We follow along as manatees say good night to all their ocean creature friends. I love the sweet little rhymes. This book would make the perfect gift for young children who may struggle with settling down for bedtime.

My 6 month old son LOVES Amy Parker’s Night Night series. We have several, and when I saw Ocean was coming out, we preordered it! When I saw it on NetGalley I was excited to get to help get the word out about these great children’s books.

Night Night Ocean has the beautiful illustrations we love and the sweet faith message that God has made us all wonderfully unique - like the diverse animals of the sea. My son especially liked the illustration of the shark brushing his teeth! Mommy liked the manatee learning he is wonderfully made, just like all the other creatures.

All the stars for Night Night Ocean- it’s sure to become a new favorite in our house.

Beautiful artwork ! I read it to my two and four year old and they loved it, especially the “grandpa turtle “.

It was a fun, quick read . The kids loved the animals , the art work and the fun descriptions of under the sea .
