The Cabin

My face fell when I saw the unknown number again.
Someone had a big mouth.
"Think, Mackenzie," I muttered, rubbing the thudding in my forehead. Was I the only one getting these messages? And if not, why hadn't anyone said anything? Were they as scared as I was?
We were friends. We shouldn't be protecting ourselves from each other. But that was exactly what I was doing.

Mackenzie and her friends can't wait to graduate, and what better way to celebrate than a weekend of partying at Josh's parents' remote cabin? Except a raucous night of fun ends in tragedy when two of their friends are found brutally murdered.

With the police determining there were no signs of a forced entry or struggle, suspicion turns to the five survivors. Mackenzie refuses to believe that one of them could have killed Josh and Courtney. But her efforts to find the killer may just endanger all of their lives...
